Course Type & Teaching Methods
A powerful blend of discussion, exercises, case studies and examples supported by formal lectures. Step 1 - deal with your psychology, so expect to be challenged, positively. Too much depends on this area and we take it upon ourselves to ensure you succeed. At a practical level, the course commences before you arrive with some important audits and assessments to ensure you are thinking about the issues and we know exactly what's going on. These take about an hour to complete and because they are reflective, earn you an extra CPD point too. Post course, we provide you with a structured implementation process, including guidance, to ensure that change really happens. This work is ongoing but there's about 2 hours of reflection and initial planning that also earns you a further 2 CPD points. These practical and personal elements are what sets us apart and ensures that this will be an invaluable transformation for you.
