How Much Does It Cost?
Saving time and financial cost
Firstly, let us say that the most expensive training is the sort that doesn’t do the job. Our huge heritage and experience, highest possible recommendation rate and 100% guarantee should reassure you of the value. We’re not the cheapest but if ‘cheap’ is your buying criteria then we might not be for you. However, we are far from expensive and the value we deliver is second to none.
How do we cost programmes?
Each programme is relatively unique. We cost programmes transparently and will provide you with a fully itemised quotation based on your requirements. Factors influencing the costs are:
- Number of days – we charge on a day rate
- How many trainers/ facilitators you need and their seniority
- The degree of travel involved (yes, you will pay more for Stornaway, sorry!)
- The degree of completely new material that needs to be brought in
Transparency in pricing
Realising that what you actually want is some guidance, here are ‘typical’ costs:
- £1,750 + VAT per programme day fees
- £200 - £500 + VAT additional daily charge for difficult to get to places
(typically reduced for multiple days) - £200 - £400 + VAT per programme day tailoring fee where content needs significant amendment from existing materials
- £400 + VAT per programme day weekend supplement
Expenses
We are pretty transparent in expenses too. We don’t ‘make’ on expenses but we do offer two options:
1. Fixed Price Expenses
- We charge a set amount, based on average costs
- Your expense liability is guaranteed
- It’s up to us to manage the costs
2. As Incurred Expenses
- Standard Class or Discounted First Class Rail
- Bog standard, business class hotel, typically £60 - £100 per night outside London
- Overnight Subsistence, typically £25 per night
- Mileage at 45p per mile round trip
- Low cost airlines ∓ fares used wherever possible
We always work hard to minimise expenses.
